On the Edge of Science: Damir Tenodi – The Art of Tai Chi, the Masters-of-the-Fifth-level and Wanjina DreamRaiser art installation
TV talk show On the Edge of Science with Kresimir Misak – English transcript coming soon.
Between August and October 2011, we were running a number of Wanjina DreamRaiser public art events and performances in Europe, in Zagreb and at the magnificent Adriatic Coast, promoting Aboriginal forgotten spirituality, protesting against art censorship, and raising awareness of harassment of non-indigenous artists in Australia.
We thank Sensei Boro Ranitovic and his Do Centre students, as well as all of our Wanjina Rising Art events participants, who created amazing art under the guidance of Marina Lapadatovic. We thank our colleagues and associates, visual and performance artists and galleries, archaeologists and anthropologists, writers, intellectuals from all fields of expertise, media representatives and politicians, and the Croatian public in general. They have all provided wonderful support to our ModroGorje DreamRaiser artists in Australia, and their enthusiasm galvanized us to keep fighting for artistic freedom.
Everybody familiar with our ordeal seemed to share the same opinion – that Aboriginal claims to copyright and ownership of pre-Aboriginal Australian cave art are just ridiculous and that political correctness in Australia had reached absurd proportions.
